Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom code and designs are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). Apex retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio and self-promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Apex Design & Consultancy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products. We provide warranties as specified in individual contract agreements.
